Thank you for your interest in TheGoodSleepClub™.com where our goal is to deliver sleep to people. When I go to bed I want to sleep, not toss and turn and think about tomorrow. I created TheGoodSleepClub™.com to make it convenient for people to try different sleep aids and to find out what works best for them. I use different sleep aids, for example when my body aches I use one with pain reliever, when I go overseas I use plain Melatonin so I get a few hours of sleep on the plane and not feel groggy when I arrive. I also learned to feed my mind positive affirmations to calm it down. The best one I know of, which has never failed me is to repeat over and over: “I like myself, I like myself, I like myself,” trust me this works a lot better than counting sheep.
